Notification of Changes – Token Web App UI/UX (Payment Confirmation)

This is a time-sensitive communication regarding pending changes to a key operating component supporting the Token ecosystem.
Token Web App
Available as a standard or TPP-customized user interface, the Token Web App bridges TPP service initiation with the bank's SCA and consent mechanisms. As described in Token's TPP developer documentation under Authentication, the Token Web App supports both the Redirect model and the Decoupled model. The SDK's customization options are used to whitelabel the Web App with your logo and color scheme.
Token is enhancing the Web App UI with scrollable frames to allow the display of additional information within the Payment Confirmation page.
As pictured in the screen capture below on the right (click to enlarge), a new frame uses Scrollbar A to display the complete list of additional payment confirmation details. A smaller frame beneath the first uses Scrollbar B to scroll a brief explanation of why the content is being shown to the user, as well as to alert users that they may be redirected to their bank's website for .
This technical bulletin is being provided in advance of the change so you can advise your users accordingly.
Timing
The changes outlined in this bulletin will be available in production effective 4 August 2020.
